This position serves as the primary point of contact for VanGo Auto customers.
The Service Advisor is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring accurate documentation, effective communication with technicians, and smooth day-to-day workflow.

The Role
- Greet customers, listen carefully, and document vehicle concerns accurately
- Communicate repair recommendations, estimates, and timelines clearly and honestly
- Keep customers updated throughout the process – no one likes to be left guessing
- Review and build work orders, coordinate parts, and verify accuracy with techs
- Process invoices, payments, and warranty documentation
- Manage shop workflow and help prioritize the day alongside the team
- Maintain organized records in our shop management software
Who You Are
- A people-person who stays calm, clear, and professional under pressure
- Detail-oriented and organized – you catch things before they become problems
- A communicator who’s honest with customers and collaborative with teammates
- Some auto service or shop experience is a plus, but not required – we can teach the technical side
- Positive, dependable, and proud of doing things the right way
